I followed the instructions in the book and within 8 hours I had two signs from my girl friend, who died 8 years ago.
That was now two months ago and I have done what he said to do everyday now and most of the time, I get very definite signs from the people I try to contact. However not always or maybe there are signs and I am just not recognizing them. For me this is the best book about how to contact people on the other side.

I 've read quit a few of the "free" and low cost books on spirit communication recently, and this is by far the best. Martin gives specific instructions for preparing for a session As well as good, concise information on various methods used. He includes several useful websites and additional resources. A keeper.

Easy to read and understand steps

I enjoyed this book because it was non infuential in any religion. It was very easy to understand without a million steps. It was written especially for people with no experience in speaking with spirits. Gives an easy understanding of how to meditate. Just loved it!
